Once again it’s time to take a #PauseForPaws! This week our friend Jennifer stopped in to bring up the latest Heritage Humane Society scoop!

Tagging along with Jennifer this week was the adorable terrier-mix, Gelato. Gelato is incredibly friendly, playful, and had a blast just exploring the studio and hanging out with all of us.

If Gelato sounds like the next addition to your family, or if you want to help support the local homeless pets in our area, check out Heritage Humane Society.

Special Thanks to Mermaid Books for sponsoring this #PauseForPaws.

Maureen Anderson of Tasha's Own hosts The Mother Vine where she takes an entertaining and alternative look at farming and agriculture.  This week, Maureen brought in the head of Colonial Williamsburg's Rare Breeds Program, Elaine Shirley, to talk about the program and the amazing animals they raise, like the Leicester Longwools!

Due to some technical difficulties, the first half of this week’s #SuperSoundShowcase was corrupted. However, we still have the live stream video of the interview with this week’s guests, The People Collection, up on our WMBG Facebook page!

If you like The People Collection’s music, and are hoping to hear more, you can check out where they’ll be playing live by visiting their Facebook page!

Tune in on Thursdays at 3:15 pm and listen to WMBG Super Sound Showcase hosted by Robert Hodge and sponsored by CultureFix.

Jennifer Lafountain joined us again this week as we took a #PauseForPaws and caught up on all the goings on at the Humane Society!

She brought along Sunny with her, the sweet, lovable older golden-retriever mix who stayed calm and happy at Greg Martin’s feet during the entire show.

If Sunny is the kind of furry friend you’d be hoping to take home, or if you’re still looking for the next addition to your family, head on over to Heritage Humane Society!

Special thanks to Mermaid Books for sponsoring this week’s #PauseForPaws.
